Please note that our cuts cater to the standardized European size system. Depending on body shape / size / proportions your determined clothing size may differ from those of other manufacturers. The size that fits you with our products is only a point of reference and does not say anything about the value of your body. Every body is unique and clothing size systems will never do them justice. Therefore we partly offer customization as for example the adjustment of your underband size.

When measuring binder sizes take into account the upper body girth first and foremost - the rubber band can be adjusted

Measuring advice

Waist: measure the girth at the spot where you want the waist band to be. Typically this is 8cm below the waist.

Hip: measure the hip girth at the widest spot
